Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any subscription or service.

1. Subscription & Access

Access to premium content, mock tests, question banks, and study resources is granted immediately after successful payment confirmation. By purchasing a subscription or service from NEETExamHub, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
  • Incorrect amount charged because of a system issue.
  • Payment successful but subscription or access was not activated.
  • Service unavailable due to a verified technical issue from our side.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Since NEETExamHub provides digital educational content and instant access to online resources, refunds will generally not be provided after access is granted.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to use the purchased subscription.
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations.
  • Partial usage of subscription services.
  • Technical issues related to the user's device, browser, or internet connection.
  • Failure to achieve desired examination results.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel renewal of their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the current subscription period already paid for.

5. Service Modification or Discontinuation

NEETExamHub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, mock test, question bank, or premium service at any time. Such modifications shall not automatically qualify for a refund.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The actual credit timeline depends on your payment provider, bank, or payment gateway.
